The 50 sq m old ruin, built in 1881, is situated in a picturesque area characterized by typical Sicilian stone masonry. The structure is set in a 3-hectare plot of land, with a picturesque sea view and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. Olive trees, carob trees, prickly pears and wild trees contribute to a natural and authentic environment.
Although the building requires complete restoration, it retains the charm of traditional Sicilian architecture, offering the potential to be transformed into a restored typical Sicilian villa or house. The stone masonry bears witness to the history and antiquity of the structure, lending a unique character to the place.
